Fresh Spinach growing in my terrace garden.(Recipes of spinach)

I have decided to grow more vegetables on the terrace.At present i am growing spinach.They are now ready to be plucked as you can see in the image below.they are juicy, green,fresh and tasty as a salad,lightly cooked in salad oil, used for soup or cooked as paneer palak.Would you like to know these easy , healthy recipes?You will find them below.
Spinach Salad.Ingredients: A bunch of green spinach
                                     Two red tomatoes
                                     one cucumber
                                     one red carrot
                                     one teaspoon mayonnaise(optional)
                                     a pinch of salt
                                     a pinch oh of pepper
Directions:Chop the spinach,slice the tomato,cucumber,grate the carrot,mix or arrange them neatly,make a
paste of mayonnaise salt and pepper and pour it on the salad and place it in the fridge to cool.

Easy Spinach Soup:Take a bunch of home grown spinach,chop it roughly and lightly boil it(dont boil it for more than i minute.)After it cools place it in the mixer and grind it to a paste,add some boiled soup, add milk salt and pepper and heat it.Enjoy.

Healthy Paneer Palak Koftas
Ingrendients:1/4 kilo Amul Paneer
                    One bunch of spinach
                    10 cashew nuts
                    5 almonds
                    3 teaspoon of wheat flour
                    one teaspoon of sugar
                    1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
                    A pinch of salt and pepper
                    2 tablespoon of milk on cream
                    One green chilli,1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Directions:Lightly boil the spinach,Place it in the mixer with wheat flour,cashew nuts,almongs,sugar and chilli powder.Grind it to a gravy.Now pour the gravy in a sauce pan and boil it on slow fire till it turns thick but should remain green.Now place the paneer pieces in a mixer and mix very lightly.Remove it in a plate and add one teaspoon of flour,baking powder and slices of green chillies.Mix it and roll it into balls and place it in a micro wave dish.Micro wave it for 30 seconds.Now heat the gravy and pour it on the koftas and enjoy with onion salad and roties
